We want Everwinter at the RDS to be an experience everyone can enjoy. The site has been planned with accessibility in mind, from step-free routes and accessible viewing areas to wheelchair access on the ice rink. If you have a question or requirement that isn't covered below, please contact our team before booking and we'll be happy to help.
Moving Around the Event
The site is level throughout, with wide, firm routes connecting the different areas.
Buggies are welcome throughout the Christmas market and wider site. They must be parked before entering the ice rink, Robert Fossett's Circus big top and certain fairground rides.

Accessible viewing spaces are available inside the big top. Please book these in advance so our team can reserve the appropriate space for you.
The show includes changing lighting and louder moments. Guests who may be sensitive to these are advised to sit towards the back and near an aisle.
Carer and companion tickets are free of charge.
Book your own entry or skating ticket and a companion ticket can be added at no additional cost. For Robert Fossett's Circus, select the relevant companion ticket when booking.
Guide dogs and accredited assistance dogs are welcome throughout Everwinter.
Please bring the appropriate documentation with you.
Accessible toilets and baby-changing facilities will be available and clearly signposted throughout the site.
